Resonance Health Europe was founded by long-time colleagues who chose to continue the challenge of working together across borders and sub-sectors to make health innovation happen in the real world.
Isaac Middelmann
President
15+ years of experience designing, building, and operating multi-stakeholder innovation collaboration infrastructure frameworks and communities in highly-complex and heavily regulated sectors — including education, agritech, aerospace, healthcare and life sciences — across 4 continents.
Dedicated to the principle that true innovative impact stems from looking past differences to identify shared values, vision — and especially incentives — in the service of real-world results.
Helene Mathieu, PhD
Secretary
C-level strategy & transformation executive with 20+ years in global pharma and healthcare innovation, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning vision into execution.
Proven track record in corporate strategy, market access, business development, and fundraising across pharma, biotech, medtech, and digital health.
Passionate about bridging science, business, and patient impact to shape the future of healthcare, with a PhD in organic chemistry, a Master’s in biopharma management, and board member certification
Jerome Fabiano
Treasurer
Strategic health analyst at Numeum, the French digital companies association, where he leads the Digital Health Commission representing over 250 members. He also serves on the DigitalEurope Health Commission and France’s Executive Committee for Digital Health Governance.
Previously Deputy Director at EIT Health France, supporting the scaling of health innovation across Europe.
Holds degrees from Sorbonne University and SKEMA Business School and began his career in insurance and health innovation at Axa, Medicen, and Allianz.

Albane Bombrun
Association Member
Physician specialised in public health and healthcare innovation, with over 30 years of experience in a leading French healthcare organisation. Brings deep knowledge of care pathways and healthcare systems in France and across Europe, with a strong understanding of industrial, economic, and human dimensions of health.
Well experienced in management, project leadership, and collaborative work, combined with a strong ability to navigate complex and novel situations with clarity and conviction.
During nine years at EIT Health, supported public–private consortia and systematically integrated patients, patient associations, and citizen collectives from the earliest stages of European projects. As both physician and patient, contributed to the implementation of Value-Based Health Care approaches, notably through initiatives accelerating hospital adoption of innovation via value-based procurement.
