What we do

As an association we create impact through 4 actions:

  • We aggregate scientific, clinical, institutional and entrepreneurial expertise across ecosystems and geographies.

We do so via our member community of carefully-selected experts and the partner institutions they represent in a quality-over-quantity and shared-values approach, gathering different perspectives to work together under one roof.

  • We structure collaboration through clear initiatives, from bilateral partnerships to multi-country projects, to create real and efficient impact.

This includes deploying the membership community to jointly apply for public funding collaborative projects at an EU and member state level, as well as commercial collaborations that benefit the organisation and individual members.

  • We support the path from innovation to adoption by linking innovators with implementers, investors, decision-makers, and delivery partners.

We operate strategic initiatives that link research translation, real-wold innovation validation, and commercial scale-up, creating tangible proof-points that generate real world results

  • We aggregate what we already know and what we learn together to share practical knowledge through trainings, workshops, speakinng opportunities, and concise outputs such as reports and position papers.

In so doing, we build a two-way flow of knowledge, distilling the expertise and perspectives from the wide community to help inform each other, while also serving as a neutral, third-party strategic information platform for national and EU-level health innovation policy-makers.
